Role: Delivery Consultant
Location: London (Holborn & Liverpool Street)
Working Model: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll support the successful delivery of client projects while acting as a key contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
This is a client-facing role combining project coordination, stakeholder management, and account support, with a clear pathway into a Delivery Manager role.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Delivery Managers with client relationships and project delivery
- Acting as a key contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
- Coordinating activity across the full project lifecycle
- Supporting Statements of Work drafting and commercial discussions
- Working with Talent teams to source, interview, and onboard consultants
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues
- Supporting reporting and maintaining accurate systems

What we’re looking for
Must have
- Experience in a client-facing role, including experience of presenting to clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (both verbally and in writing)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and accountable
- Strong attention to detail

Nice to have
- Experience in account management, recruitment, or project delivery/PMO
- Exposure to Agile or similar delivery frameworks
- Experience using CRM or project tracking tools
