Delivery Manager

The Opportunity

The Delivery Manager role is a key delivery role, reporting to a Portfolio Manager within the Diffuse Account in the Global Services Delivery Unit (DU). The role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects or defined workstreams, ensuring that expectations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead project teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery is aligned to agreed business objectives, customer requirements, contractual obligations and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organisation and decision-making capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities, evaluate risk, and take appropriate corrective action to maintain delivery performance. You will achieve success by applying suitable delivery methods, tools and controls, while contributing to the development of delivery capability and supporting the growth of less experienced colleagues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
