About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in Delivery Manager roles, positions that could support the successful execution of projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Coordinating end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, milestones and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Planning and structuring delivery approaches, identifying risks, issues and mitigation strategies
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams to improve delivery performance and remove blockers
- Managing stakeholder communication, reporting on project status and programme governance
- Overseeing budget oversight, resource planning and process execution
- Creating and refining user stories, managing backlog priorities and collaborating with stakeholders on delivery requirements
- Supporting financial analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Demonstrable experience in end-to-end project delivery, project planning and risk & issue management
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies, team coaching and delivery coordination
- Strong stakeholder communication and reporting capabilities, with understanding of programme governance
- Competency in resource planning, budget oversight and process improvement
- Experience with multi-workstream coordination and delivery performance improvement
- User story creation, backlog refinement and stakeholder collaboration in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
- Based in or willing to work across the UK, including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and surrounding regions
What Roles Of This Type Could Offer

- Opportunity to coordinate and influence delivery across complex, multi-faceted projects
- Scope to develop expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and process improvement
- Exposure to agile and waterfall delivery methodologies across varied business contexts
- Potential progression toward senior delivery or programme leadership roles
- Flexible working arrangements and the chance to build expertise across diverse project environments
- Day rates of £250–£280 per day (or £380–£450 per day, dependent on experience and contract terms)
