Delivery Manager
London, Hybrid - typically 2 days in the office
6 months with scope for extensions
Urgent start
We’re looking for someone who can sit between product and engineering and make sure work actually flows, not manage it from a distance, but be properly embedded with the developers day to day.
The business operates across physical and digital channels, and the product area itself is interesting: customer facing sales that trigger real world logistics, think fulfilment, scheduling, and third parties completing work on site. Anyone with a background in supply chain, logistics, installs, or field service will recognise the shape of this straight away.
You won't be setting product strategy, PMs own that. Your job is what happens next: taking direction, getting into the detail, and keeping the engineering team unblocked and moving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The role in practice:
- You'll regularly take on pieces of work that arrive broad and undefined, and it'll be down to you to shape them into something a technical team can actually start building.
- Expect to be close to the developers most days, not just in ceremonies, picking up questions, chasing clarity, and stopping the team from stalling on unclear requirements.
- You'll spend time with users, colleagues, or business teams directly, understanding what they actually need before anything gets built, not just working from a document handed down.
- Running refinement and estimation with the Lead Engineer and wider team will be a regular part of your week.
- Standups, planning, retros, you'll run these properly, not just attend them.
- Keeping the backlog in good shape and sprint progress visible falls to you.

We're looking for someone who can:
- Show real examples of taking something broad and turning it into clear, actionable work for a technical team, and explain their own part in it.
- Talk confidently about day to day involvement with engineers, not just reporting on their progress.
- Work directly with users or business teams to understand a problem before a solution was built.
- Point to a background as a Delivery Manager, BA, or junior/mid Product Manager with genuine hands on engineering exposure.
- Use tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Notion, or similar comfortably.
This one's moving fast, so if you think you can bring the value that’s needed then apply now!
