About Summize

We're an ambitious legal tech scale-up on a mission to get entire businesses working faster and smarter with contracts. With offices in Manchester (UK), Boston, and San Diego (US), we're growing fast and making big things happen on both sides of the Atlantic. Five years of consistent growth. A product people love. A culture built around personal development and doing great work. That's Summize.

The Role

As Delivery Manager at Summize, you’ll be the connective tissue across our product, engineering, DevOps, and customer-facing teams keeping delivery moving without adding unnecessary process overhead. This is the first Delivery Manager role here so we need somebody who is keen to embrace a big opportunity and carve out this role from the ground up! This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and knows how to get things done.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, and DevOps
  • Drive execution of initiatives from planning through implementation and release.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate lightweight planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication without excessive process overhead.
  • Identify and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Support development teams in improving ways of working, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Ability to be pragmatic when applying Delivery Management methodologies and techniques. We aren't looking for an Agile evangelist we need someone who knows what will work and when.
  • Provide clear reporting on delivery status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
  • Balance speed, quality, and business impact in a rapidly changing environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
