About the Role
Circet UK is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of multiple telecoms projects.
Reporting to: Head of Delivery
Your key focus? Ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery—aligned with the highest quality standards. You’ll drive efficiency, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, and form deep relationships with clients and partners across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead telecoms projects from design to completion, ensuring they align with company objectives.
- Financial & Quality Oversight: Guarantee on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with client quality standards.
- Vendor & Compliance Management: Oversee vendor relationships and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Budget Control & Reporting: Formulate and monitor project budgets to achieve financial targets and SLA compliance.
- Cross-Functional Resolution: Liaise with teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Safety Culture: Promote a zero harm mindset, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in all operations.

Key Requirements
Technical Skills & Experience
- NRSWA accreditation (mandatory)
- Project Management qualification (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
Must have proven experience in: ✓ Managing large-scale, complex telecoms projects ✓ Mastering the telecoms project lifecycle (tendering to deployment, operation & maintenance) ✓ Applying cross-functional project management methods to end-to-end project delivery ✓ Integrating vendor management into project delivery pathways
