Agile Delivery Manager - Permanent - Public Sector/GDS Exp. Essential
Location: Ad hoc travel to Manchester and Newcastle
Salary: Consultant up to £55,000 per annum
Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance, have 5 years UK residency, and the correct right to work status in the UK.
Stealth is a specialist Digital, Data and Technology consultancy and strategic delivery partner to a number of leading consulting organisations. We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our team and be deployed onto a major digital transformation programme with a public sector client.

What you'll be doing
- Leading end to end Agile delivery across complex digital transformation programmes
- Managing the successful delivery of cross functional Agile teams, ensuring value is delivered to the business and customers
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, planning sessions and delivery governance
- Managing risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and delivery roadmaps across multiple workstreams
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, Design and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Driving continuous improvement and helping teams increase Agile maturity across the organisation

We're looking for experience
- Agile Delivery Management
- Delivering digital transformation within Public Sector or GDS aligned sectors
- Leading multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams
- Stakeholder management across business and technology functions
- Delivery governance, RAID management and dependency planning
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and/or Miro
- Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
