Delivery Manager
A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine stepping into the role of Delivery Manager, where you will be instrumental in supporting the growth of the Execution Team within the Small Gas Turbines’ Assembly, Test, and Overhaul organization. You will enhance accountability, improve visibility of operational performance, and enable effective data-driven decision-making. Your focus will be on coordinating the daily execution of the production plan, managing operational risks, and driving performance reporting and continuous improvement. With your expertise, you will ensure dedicated oversight of delivery activities, facilitating alignment across cross-functional teams to maintain a stable and predictable operational cadence.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support end-to-end accountability for Production Plan performance, monitoring daily progress and ensuring units flow according to commitments.
- Coordinate and facilitate alignment between Supply Chain, Quality, ATO Operations, Engineering, and Logistics to maintain a stable daily delivery cadence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for execution-related activities, resolving operational blockers to maintain schedule adherence.
- Maintain and manage the operational risk register, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute daily delivery performance reports, dashboards, and hot-topic summaries to provide clear visibility of status, risks, and required actions.

What You Bring
- Recognized subject matter expert with significant experience in project management, delivery management, or production control, preferably within an operational or complex industrial environment.
- Certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, showcase your commitment to excellence.
- Proven experience managing large projects or processes with limited oversight and navigating complex operational challenges is essential.
- Strong skills in project and process management, risk management, and process improvement, enabling you to drive efficiency.
- Behavioural skills, including accountability, influencing skills, critical thinking, and negotiation, will be key in ensuring delivery commitments are consistently met.
