Delivery Manager
Senior Delivery Manager – Integration & Platform Change
Contract | Remote | UK Public Sector Project
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to shape and mobilise a complex technology change programme. Working in a hybrid Delivery Lead capacity, you will:
- Drive delivery readiness
- Manage dependencies
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement
- Establish roadmaps, governance, and delivery approach for a major integration and platform transformation initiative.
Who We're Looking For
An Experienced Delivery Lead, Technical Delivery Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead with a strong background in delivering:
- Complex technology, integration, or platform change programmes
- Close collaboration with Business Owners, Platform Owners, Architects, and Technical SMEs
- Ability to:
- Bring structure to unstructured environments
- Drive decisions
- Remove blockers
- Maintain delivery momentum
- Experience in complex stakeholder environments with evolving priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mobilisation, planning, and delivery readiness activities
- Define and manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance
- Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, platform teams, suppliers, and technical SMEs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery forums
- Drive decision-making and remove delivery blockers
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and delivery priorities
- Support the transition from mobilisation into delivery execution

Mandatory Requirements
✅ Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation, integration, or platform programmes ✅ Experience in Azure integration or enterprise platform delivery ✅ Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum & Kanban) ✅ Expertise in managing RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), governance, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement ✅ Experience working closely with Architects, Platform Owners, and business stakeholders ✅ Ability to shape delivery approaches, roadmaps, and delivery plans ✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ✅ Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, evolving-priority environments

Desired Skills
- API, middleware, or enterprise integration delivery
- Cloud migration or platform modernisation programmes
- UK Public Sector or Government delivery experience
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

- Type: Freelance / Contract (Outside IR35)
- Location: Remote (UK-based candidates preferred)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Security: Candidates must be eligible for UK Government department / BPSS clearance
