Delivery Manager
Delivery Manager (6 Months Contract)
Job Overview
Location: Brighton (3 days onsite per week)
The Delivery Manager will lead cross-platform delivery across complex, multi-market initiatives within a large-scale transformation/remediation program. This role ensures capabilities are delivered on time across multiple engineering teams while proactively managing risks in highly matrixed environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for a market or capability set (e.g., UK, US, Canada) within a global program.
- Coordinate delivery across 5–10+ engineering teams/platforms to achieve aligned outcomes.
- Track progress of multiple concurrent change requests (CRs) and capabilities.
- Ensure business requirements alignment with engineering delivery.
- Conduct regular stakeholder check-ins to validate progress against plans, spot risks early, and drive issue resolution.
- Proactively identify and escalate delivery risks/dependencies before they impact timelines.
- Provide pressure-tested, data-backed (not purely surface-level) status updates.
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to unblock workflows and sustain momentum.
- Support program-level visibility across workstreams and markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
