📍 South West London (Hybrid)
💰 £45,000–£55,000 + Benefits
Pulse are looking for a QA & Delivery Manager to join a growing technology team responsible for building and managing critical system integrations across multiple business transformation programmes.
This is a newly created role where you'll have the opportunity to establish the team's quality assurance and delivery planning processes from the ground up. If you enjoy bringing structure to delivery, ensuring quality before release, and working across technical and business teams, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.
The Opportunity:
This is a unique hybrid role combining Quality Assurance and Delivery Planning.
- Own the testing approach for integrations across several major technology programmes.
- Coordinate sprint planning, track delivery progress and ensure releases are thoroughly tested before reaching production.
- Work closely with developers, business stakeholders and external technology partners.
- Become the central point for delivery governance and quality across the integration function.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the end-to-end integration testing strategy across multiple technology programmes.
- Define test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria and release sign-off processes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Order Management System integrations with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate fortnightly sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Maintain delivery plans and provide clear visibility of work in progress, testing status and upcoming releases.
- Provide go/no-go recommendations ahead of integration releases.
- Manage and prioritise the integration requirements backlog alongside technical and business teams.
- Produce concise delivery reporting for senior technology leadership, highlighting progress, risks and blockers.
- Coordinate testing schedules, environments and releases with third-party technology partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within QA, Test Management, Delivery Coordination or a similar technology delivery role.
- Experience creating test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria for API or system integrations.
- Comfortable facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical delivery status to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working across eCommerce, ERP, supply chain or logistics programmes would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar delivery and test management tools.
