Hawk-Eye Innovations – Delivery Manager
Location: London, Basingstoke, Bristol Working Model: Hybrid – 2 days in the office Salary: £42,000 – £66,000
About Hawk-Eye Innovations
We’re Hawk-Eye Innovations, a pioneer since 2001 in advanced officiating and tracking tools for elite sports. Our Tracking and Auto Officiating Value Stream delivers cutting-edge optical systems, from camera capture to real-time data, supporting the biggest names in global sports.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Delivery Manager to join our collaborative, growth-driven technology team, bridging multiple disciplines—Product, Software Engineering, and Operations. This isn’t a siloed project management role: You’ll orchestrate cross-team initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of integrated services and automated officiating technologies.
Our environment demands agility, problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate shifts in priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in uncertainty, builds capability in a fast-evolving company, and empowers teams to excel in a reactive, high-impact setting.
What You’ll Do
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll lead projects from inception to execution with cross-functional teams, balancing strategy, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate multi-project delivery across tracking and officiating initiatives against tight deadlines.
- Foster agile maturity by coaching best practices, introducing data-driven processes, and optimizing project lifecycles.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, clearing dependencies and sequencing bottlenecks.
- Act as the liaison between engineering squads, product teams, and operations to ensure synchronized execution.
- Scale leadership: Transition from foundational learning to driving complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Cultivate trust with stakeholders—internally and externally—by translating technical progress into clear, actionable insights.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
