Delivery Manager
Delivery Manager @ Waracle
Location: Glasgow or Dundee (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours)

About the Role
We specialise in business and customer challenges, driving IT transformation from strategy to operations. As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be the vital bridge between clients and teams, aligning strategies and delivering impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Empowering Frameworks
- Independently select and adapt Agile delivery frameworks to suit team dynamics and project needs.

Inclusive Facilitation
- Lead essential Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retros, RAID reviews)
- Foster open dialogue and ensure every voice is heard.
