Delivery Manager - Global Workforce Transformation
I am working with an international business to recruit a Delivery Manager for a major global workforce transformation programme.
This fully remote, UK-based role will take ownership of the Pay & Bill workstream, covering global payroll, billing, systems integration, data migration, and operational change.
You will manage multiple concurrent projects across:
- Payroll automation
- Time and attendance
- Expenses
- Leave management
- Multi-currency invoicing
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, oversee plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and ensure the business is ready for each go-live.

What you need to succeed
- Essential experience delivering global payroll change across multiple countries
- Strong technology programme or project delivery experience
- Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and multi-currency processing
- Experience of systems integration, data migration, testing, and cutover
- Strong RAID, budget, dependency, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across Agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments
- PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, or Agile qualifications would be beneficial
