About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team to prioritise outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation, ensuringperformance targets are achieved.
  • Work hands-on with operations, supporting both floor sales and store management as needed.
  • Foster a motivating and supportive environment where your team thrives.
  • Continuously improve processes to maintain the highest standards of stockroom efficiency and stock presentation to ensure seamless customer access.
  • Drive operational excellence in a commercial, efficient, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide your team in time-sensitive stock processing and stockroom management to meet business objectives.
  • Demonstrate initiative by participating directly in operational tasks, such as stock handling and stockroom logistical support.
  • Ensure your team feels empowered, valued, and inspired at all times.
  • Actively identify and resolve issues to optimise stock flows, reducing delays and improving standards.
  • Ensure the highest-quality stock is ready for sale at optimal speeds.

About You

  • Passionate about customers, people, and products, with an energetic and inspirational leadership style.
  • Thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Able to quickly adapt to change and align the team with new objectives.
  • Strong communication skills with approachability and calm under pressure.
  • Solutions-focused with the ability to improve processes, make sound business decisions, and challenge effectively.
  • Confident in handling people-related challenges and resolving disagreements.
  • Skilled at multi-tasking, planning, organising, and prioritising workflows.
  • Experience in performance-driven targets is desirable (but not mandatory).
