About the Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team to prioritise outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation, ensuringperformance targets are achieved.
- Work hands-on with operations, supporting both floor sales and store management as needed.
- Foster a motivating and supportive environment where your team thrives.
- Continuously improve processes to maintain the highest standards of stockroom efficiency and stock presentation to ensure seamless customer access.
- Drive operational excellence in a commercial, efficient, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide your team in time-sensitive stock processing and stockroom management to meet business objectives.
- Demonstrate initiative by participating directly in operational tasks, such as stock handling and stockroom logistical support.
- Ensure your team feels empowered, valued, and inspired at all times.
- Actively identify and resolve issues to optimise stock flows, reducing delays and improving standards.
- Ensure the highest-quality stock is ready for sale at optimal speeds.

- Able to quickly adapt to change and align the team with new objectives.
- Strong communication skills with approachability and calm under pressure.
- Solutions-focused with the ability to improve processes, make sound business decisions, and challenge effectively.
- Confident in handling people-related challenges and resolving disagreements.
- Skilled at multi-tasking, planning, organising, and prioritising workflows.
- Experience in performance-driven targets is desirable (but not mandatory).
