Delivery Manager
To succeed as a Delivery Manager, you’ll coach and inspire a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation while meeting challenging targets. It’s fast-paced, rewarding, and our commitment to your development starts right from day one. Flexible working is possible for eligible roles.
About the Role
You’ll lead your team to:
- Maintain a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are delivered every day.
- Take a hands-on leadership approach, working alongside your team, supporting store sales floors, and collaborating with store managers.
- Foster a supportive team culture, creating an atmosphere where everyone thrives with the right motivation and encouragement.
- Continuously improve stockroom processes, resolve issues, and drive exceptional standards in stock management.
- Prioritise ensuring beautifully presented stock is always available promptly for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team to uphold exceptional stock standards and meet operational targets.
- Engage hands-on with daily activities, including warehouse operations and stockroom excellence.
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver at their best, fostering a collaborative and uplifting work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, troubleshoot problems, and maintain high stockroom efficiency.
- Ensure product availability as swiftly as possible to meet next-day delivery deadlines.
