Delivery Manager - Circular Operations - London

NORNORM is a fast-growing circular scale-up redefining the workspace industry through a subscription model that is better for people, businesses, and the planet.

We believe furniture should stay in use for as long as possible. That is why we manage the full lifecycle - from delivery and collection to refurbishment and recirculation - so products can create value again and again.

That means our job does not stop when furniture is delivered. And that is what makes this role different from most implementation or operations roles.

As our new Delivery Manager - Circular Operations

You will take ownership of office furniture installations from planning to execution, while ensuring that our circular operating model works in practice. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining project management, operations, partner coordination, and on-site leadership.

You will act as the operational lead, make timely decisions under pressure, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to NORNORM’s quality standards. You will also be part of our global implementation group, sharing learnings and helping build best practices across markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Project planning & delivery: Plan and manage end-to-end office furniture installation projects, including timelines, resources, and coordination across internal teams and external partners. You will also ensure that our implementation partners enable cost-efficient last-mile planning.
  • Order management: Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns, and replacements.
  • 3PL warehouse management: Stay in close daily contact with warehouse partners, resolving picking errors, stock discrepancies, and operational issues.
  • Stakeholder coordination & communication: Act as the main point of contact for installation partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective issue resolution. You will also lead negotiations with installation partners to ensure the right balance between cost and service quality for NORNORM.
  • Quality, risk & issue management: Ensure installations meet agreed specifications and quality standards, identify risks early, and find solutions when problems occur.
  • Performance tracking & improvement: Track key KPIs related to delivery, cost improvement, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to improve processes and partner performance.
  • On-site execution & leadership: Lead on-site delivery together with installation partners and internal teams. Ensure quality and safety standards are met, provide clear direction when adjustments are needed, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
