Job Specification: Delivery Manager – Data Centre Recruitment
Reports to: Director Client Engagement
Role Purpose
The Delivery Manager is responsible for setting up, scaling, and embedding recruitment delivery best practice across managed accounts within the Data Centre sector. This is a fast-paced, competitive, and highly rewarding environment, supporting mission-critical infrastructure projects where hiring needs evolve quickly.
Operating within an exciting hybrid delivery model, the role combines reactive recruitment delivery with proactive talent planning, ensuring today’s hiring needs are met while preparing for future demand.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Function Set-Up & Best Practice
- Design and establish recruitment delivery frameworks, processes, and standards
- Roll out best-practice recruitment approaches across managed accounts
- Create consistent ways of working that support quality, speed, and scalability
- Ensure a strong, consistent candidate and client experience
Delivery Prioritisation & Demand Alignment
- Own prioritisation of recruitment activity as new roles and projects come online
- Partner with Account Managers to align on hiring demand, timelines, and expectations
- Provide clear direction on role priority and delivery focus
- Monitor delivery risk and flag emerging challenges early
- Proactively recruit in high demand periods

Performance & Quality Oversight
- Own recruitment delivery performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Use delivery data and market insight to drive continuous improvement
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk recruitment challenges
- Support testing and rollout of new delivery approaches where required
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Managers and Marketing Executives to translate demand into delivery plans
- Support onboarding and mobilisation of new accounts, projects, or delivery models
- Influence internal stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and delivery approach
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop recruitment delivery teams
- Set clear expectations around delivery standards and outcomes
- Build a high-performing, collaborative delivery culture
Customer Value Focus
- Clear, transparent prioritisation as hiring needs evolve
- Active, well-aligned talent communities supporting delivery outcomes
- Early identification of talent challenges with proactive solutions
- Act as market SME to support
- Consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery in a fast-moving market

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading recruitment delivery in RPO, MSP, embedded, or agency environments
- Strong experience setting up or evolving recruitment delivery functions
- Demonstrated ability to balance proactive planning with reactive delivery
- Strong market awareness with the ability to spot talent risks early
- Confident using data and insight to guide delivery decisions
- Calm, collaborative leadership style suited to high-growth environments

- Successful setup and adoption of delivery frameworks and best practices
- Clear alignment across the micro-enterprise (Account, Delivery, Marketing)
- Early identification and resolution of talent challenges
- Consistent delivery performance against KPIs and SLAs
