About us:
We are a software Consultancy, who provide highly skilled consultants to support client business needs. Test Driven Solutions have had a successful six years of operating, with our consultants working across green/brown field projects using the latest cutting-edge technologies. We work within private and public sectors, including banking, government, healthcare and renewable energy organisations. We are continuously growing as a business, with new client wins and an internal project on-going.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience working in an Agile Delivery Manager role
- Experience in implementing Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of various work formats and agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban.
- Experience leading Hybrid projects in blended Agile.
- A proactive mindset when resolving issues and preventing potential problems.
- Able to drive positivity communication into the delivery team; ensuring the “bigger picture” remains as the principal focus.
- The ability to understand and implement methods to effectively manage the product backlog
- The ability to arrange and optimise product backlog through the utilisation of Agile ceremonies.
- The ability to lead and coach the delivery team in best practice “ways of working”.
- Experience in how to implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity.
- Able to collaborate with other TDS Delivery Managers to improve the methodologies’ efficiency

Our TDS Delivery Managers are also responsible for creating and onboarding new project teams, integrating them into the client’s organisation and providing a clear vision of the project and product. They facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team and can monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
