About Us

Navigator is a creative and marketing partner for ambitious luxury travel and lifestyle brands. We are expert storytellers who define and amplify brands, using data-driven insights to inform everything we do, from websites, SEO and paid, to copywriting, socials and print magazines.

Purpose

The Delivery Manager is responsible for the efficient day-to-day planning, coordination and delivery of projects and retainers across Navigator’s client portfolio – in line with agreed scope and timelines, whilst working closely with the Delivery Lead, Operations, Client Engagement team and practice teams.

The Delivery Manager would oversee smaller or less complex projects with full accountability, while supporting the Delivery Lead on larger or more strategic projects.

Navigator operates with clear accountability across three functions: Client Engagement owns the client relationship and commercial scope, Delivery owns the execution of client work, and Operations owns the systems and infrastructure that support delivery.

Responsibilities

Project delivery

  • Own the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects across assigned client accounts.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and trackers.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure project work progresses efficiently and deliverables are completed on time and budget.
  • Maintain clear visibility of all active and upcoming projects within the portfolio.
  • Identify dependencies, prioritise work and ensure delivery plans remain realistic.
  • Ensure recurring or retainer-based workstreams are planned and delivered as structured projects.
  • Ensure all teams are clear on scope, timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project check-ins and maintain alignment across teams.
  • Monitor delivery health across the portfolio, escalating risks or delivery pressures where required.
  • Engage with clients where required to support project coordination and delivery communications, typically alongside Client Engagement team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
