As a Delivery Manager, you will be an integral part of our project management team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of tech projects using a variety of methodologies with support from your line manager and wider team plus on the job learning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As a Delivery Manager you will:
- Facilitate the generation of solutions, validating and prioritising before driving implementation
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation
- Build and lead a cross-functional team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring collaboration among team members
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns or changes
- Ensure that the project's deliverables meet quality standards and specifications
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the project has the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel
- Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to keep the project on track
- Address issues and obstacles that arise during the project, finding solutions to keep the project moving forward
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency

What we are looking for?
- Project Management certifications (APM/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM)
- Retail or Retailer experience
- Logistics/Fulfilment Technology experience
- Supply Chain & Logistics experience
- SLT stakeholder management experience
- E-Commerce experience
- Uses influencing and communication skills to guide and motivate stakeholders through complex challenges and projects
- Can see barriers, and goes for them rather than stops
- Anticipates problems based on previous learning
- Can guide others to find the correct solutions
- Not afraid of positive conflict, surfacing difficult issues to facilitate resolution
- Has tenacity and drive
- Hands on, not just there to facilitate – is committed to driving the resolution
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
