About The Team

Our National Security and AI Safety business unit focuses on advancing responsible AI development for national security and global stability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strengthening mission-critical capabilities across national security and intelligence.
  • Partnering with frontier labs to assess AI safety through red teaming and evaluation.

We recognise the potential risks of powerful AI alongside its benefits, and we collaborate directly with governments and industry leaders to ensure solutions are secure, trustworthy, and safe.

About The Role

As a Delivery Manager within our National Security and Safety team, you will serve as a pivotal commercial and delivery lead, revolutionising AI transformation for the UK’s most critical national security partners.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic architecture and network construction to solve complex challenges, connecting AI research with operational needs.
  • Driving ambitious growth targets while mentoring multidisciplinary teams for lasting value in a high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initial research to final deployment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and government partners to develop tailored AI solutions for critical missions.
  • Manage delivery strategies to maximise value to the national security landscape.
  • Cultivate trusting relationships with clients, data scientists, and technical partners.
  • Draft proposals to expand our presence in national security informs.
  • Serve as trusted advisors on AI strategy, bridging technical complexities for clients.
  • Lead mentorship and build robust team processes.

Who We’re Looking For

Key criteria for this role include:

  • Deep national security domain knowledge and passion for leveraging AI in high-stakes decision-making.
  • Consultancy or project delivery experience to manage lifecycles under pressure.
  • A results-oriented ethos, driving projects from conception to operationalising success for government stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Immersive experience with technical teams delivering AI or similar projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving to address risks tied to national security missions.
