We are seeking a talented and proactive Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of cutting-edge platform improvements, technical enhancements, and product rollouts within our health tech ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Agile operations, driving successful delivery, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring our processes and outcomes align with the highest standards. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Delivery Management
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of software releases, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are consistently met.
- Partnering with Product and Tech Leads to maintain an integrated Delivery Plan and proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Championing best practices to drive process and quality improvements and providing clear, timely reporting on progress and milestones.
Agile Delivery And Team Enablement
- Facilitating key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and more.
- Supporting teams in adopting Agile principles to maintain predictable, high-quality sprint delivery.
- Promoting collaborative practices and leveraging Agile metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Acting as a clear and proactive communicator, ensuring alignment between teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Facilitating collaboration to resolve misalignment and coordinating efforts across multiple delivery streams.
Governance And Compliance
- Ensuring all processes and releases comply with standards such as UK GDPR, ISO 27001, and NHS DSPT.
- Working with clinical and governance leads to guarantee safe, auditable, and compliant releases.
- Supporting internal and external audits with thorough documentation and evidence.

What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and solutions-driven Delivery Manager who brings:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in a technical or product-focused environment.
- A strong track record of delivering software on time, with predictable outcomes.
- Practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and scheduling skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Outstanding facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve risks and issues while driving continuous improvement using data and metrics.
- Proficiency in supporting remote and distributed Agile teams.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
The following would be a bonus!
- Exposure to health-tech, clinical systems, or NHS-integrated services.
- Experience with delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps (Boards), Jira, or similar.
- Familiarity with SAFe delivery and Lean techniques, including Kanban and daily visual management.
- We’re especially keen to hear from candidates with experience in regulated environments or working within compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NHS DSPT)
Hours
This role is full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
Location
Whilst our team operates remotely, we maintain a cohesive and friendly work environment through constant use of Teams chat and video meetings. This way of working is crucial for sustaining our open culture and warm dynamics of our team and require this role to be a part of that.
