Delivery Manager

Shifts You are applying for the following shifts: 22 hours per week

  • Monday: 06:00 - 10:00
  • Tuesday: 06:00 - 10:00
  • Wednesday: 06:00 - 10:00
  • Thursday: 08:00 - 13:00
  • Friday: 07:00 - 12:30

About the Role

To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation, and achieve performance targets.
  • Foster a dynamic, supportive team environment where every day presents a new challenge for growth and rewards.
  • Play a hands-on role in operational activities, supporting both the stockroom and store management team as necessary.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires the team to perform at their best, embedded in everything you do.
  • Ensure smooth stockroom processes through continuous improvement, problem-solving, and driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Apply a hands-on approach across all operational tasks and collaborate closely with teams to enhance operations.
  • Build a supportive, humble, and inspirational environment that keeps the team driven.
  • Continuously refine stockroom workflows, addressing challenges and identifying solutions while uplifting stockroom standards.
  • Optimise stockroom efficiency to escalate the faster flow of stock presentation to customers.

Essential Qualities:
