Oracle ERP Delivery Manager
Belfast | London | Manchester | Hybrid | Permanent
Our client is a leading global technology and consulting organisation, recognised as one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies, delivering large‑scale, technology‑enabled transformation programmes across both public and private sector organisations. With deep expertise across Oracle technologies, the organisation supports complex ERP transformation initiatives that modernise finance functions, improve operational efficiency, and deliver long‑term business value.
This opportunity sits within a specialist Oracle delivery capability, where an Oracle ERP Delivery Manager will lead critical workstreams across large‑scale Oracle transformation programmes. Combining delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and team development, this role offers the opportunity to influence the successful delivery of complex ERP implementations from planning through to deployment.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead delivery workstreams across large‑scale Oracle ERP transformation programmes
- Manage planning, execution, governance, and delivery activities
- Collaborate directly with clients to shape and deliver solutions
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead and develop high‑performing delivery teams
- Contribute to the growth and development of a leading Oracle practice
- Work across complex ERP programmes within both public and private sector environments

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage workstreams across Oracle ERP implementation programmes
- Drive programme planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Manage delivery teams across areas such as:
- Data Migration
- Testing and Test Management
- Project and Programme Delivery
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed methodologies and governance frameworks
- Coordinate activity across technical, functional, and business teams
- Support continuous improvement and capability development within delivery teams
- Mentor and develop junior consultants and delivery specialists
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle ERP implementation programmes
- Proven experience leading teams within Oracle transformation workstreams
- Experience across one or more of:
- Data Migration
- Testing and Test Management
- Project or Programme Management
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Experience leading and developing delivery teams
- Understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or similar
- Practical knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles
- Strong communication skills across both technical and business audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities within complex programme environments
- Willingness to travel when required
- Eligibility to obtain UK Government Security Clearance
