Job Description

We are recruiting a Delivery Manager to spearhead cross-functional programs from our London base. The role emphasizes optimizing end-to-end delivery pipelines, synchronizing stakeholder expectations, and securing on-time, in-scope value. You will champion governance, risk management, and quality standards while partnering with product, engineering, and commercial teams to maintain a cohesive delivery stream that aligns with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery across diverse teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, map interdependencies, and provide transparent milestone and resource forecasting.
  • Establish and monitor governance, risk controls, and performance metrics to sustain rapid, reliable delivery.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations to translate roadmap into executable release plans.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, coach teams, and build scalable delivery capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven success delivering large-scale software or digital initiatives within technology-driven organisations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at executive and senior leadership levels.
  • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and scalable delivery at pace.
  • Track record of managing budgets, risks, and quality across complex programs.
  • Influence without formal authority and build trusted partnerships across multidisciplinary teams.
