Delivery Manager – Software Development & Integrations

Delivery Manager - Software Development & Integrations

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £53,000 - £64,000 + Benefits

Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join a large and complex organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the successful delivery of software development and integration initiatives while ensuring a smooth transition into operational support and continuous improvement.

Working across multiple business and technology teams, you will be responsible for managing software delivery workstreams, overseeing system integrations, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively from inception through to business-as-usual operation.

This role requires someone with a strong blend of delivery leadership, stakeholder management and technical understanding, particularly around software development and integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of software development and systems integration projects. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing project delivery with operational priorities. Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes. Own delivery plans, priorities, resource allocation and risk management activities. Oversee and improve service delivery processes, ticket management and operational performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across software development and integration services. Establish and maintain delivery reporting, KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics. Ensure effective transition of solutions from project delivery into ongoing operational support. Facilitate Agile delivery practices and promote collaborative ways of working across teams. Identify, manage and mitigate delivery risks, issues and dependencies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
