Delivery Marketing Executive

Delivery Platform Specialist – Digital Team (Central London, Hybrid 4 Days Office)

You'll be joining the Digital team of one of the world’s most recognised restaurant groups—operating across UK and US locations, spanning fine dining, casual concepts, and everything in between. This role is designed for someone who lives and breathes delivery platforms, with the expertise to navigate the algorithms, promotions, and strategic levers of Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and DoorDash from the inside.

The delivery channel is growing rapidly, and this autonomous role owns performance, partnerships, platform management, and commercial strategy for an expansive multi-site estate.

Reporting to the Digital Trading Manager, you’ll drive delivery success with data, strategic partnerships, and commercial agility—balancing growth with profitability.

What You’ll Be Doing

Platform Management & Optimisation

  • Own the day-to-day management of the restaurant group’s presence across Uber Eats, Deliveroo, DoorDash, and emerging platforms.
  • Increase prominence and visibility via strategic promotions, sponsored placements, and platform toolkits.
  • Optimise menu content, images, descriptions, and pricing to maximise conversion and average order value.
  • Monitor platform health across all venues, resolving issues to prevent sales dips or guest experience degradation.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and new features, proactively recommending commercial strategies to the business.

Commercial Performance

  • Own KPIs for delivery channels: revenue, order volume, conversion rate, average basket size, and commission efficiency.
  • Produce regular performance reporting, translating data into clear commercial insights and actions.
  • Identify and execute margin optimisation—balancing growth with profitability.
  • assist in building a delivery trading calendar, aligning with brand moments, seasonal trends, and platform promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Trading Manager to ensure delivery strategy aligns with overall digital trading goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
