Job Duties
- Responsible for driver recruitment, such as developing recruitment channels, reviewing driver delivery qualifications, optimizing the recruitment process and training process, and helping drivers to improve delivery efficiency.
- The division conducts recruitment interviews and pre-employment training for drivers to enhance driver retention and ensure driver sufficiency.
- Coordinate problems encountered by delivery drivers in their work, such as not being able to find customers and not being able to complete delivery orders. Collect problems and keep appropriate records on the assigned website. Serious cases, which require timely feedback from the assigned department and area head.
- Assist customer service to track problem orders and monitor the delivery process through the platform backend to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Collect technical problems such as the delivery person being unable to log in, address cannot be located, and submit to the technical department and making relevant records.
- Monitor abnormal risk orders to ensure their accuracy and validity.
- To record and hand over legacy orders, to ensure that the customer service of the succession understand all aspects of the legacy orders.

- Excellent presentation skills in English/Chinese.
