💧 For a great career, just add water. Every day, we work to protect the environment, serve our customers, and safeguard one of our most precious resources. Behind every successful environmental outcome is a network of people, processes, systems and data working together effectively. As a Delivery Partner in the Flow Team, you'll play a pivotal role in making that happen.
This is an opportunity to influence how we manage flow compliance across our Water Recycling business, helping shape environmental performance across one of the UK's largest and most complex water recycling networks. You'll work across teams, functions and disciplines to turn insight into action and ensure we deliver better outcomes for customers, communities and the environment.
We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing people together. You'll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where environmental outcomes, regulatory expectations and significant delivery programmes intersect.
The Role
You'll be instrumental in creating stronger connections between teams, enabling data-led decision making and ensuring complex compliance improvement programmes move successfully from concept through to delivery. Working across operational, technical and delivery functions, you'll help coordinate significant environmental improvement initiatives where success depends on influencing others, managing competing priorities and maintaining momentum in a complex delivery landscape.
This role requires a systems-thinking mindset. You'll understand how flow compliance performance connects across the wider business and use that knowledge to drive continuous improvement, embed best practice, and support the development of effective governance and processes.

- Leading complex cross-functional initiatives where success depends on influencing teams outside of your direct control
- Driving improvements that reduce flow compliance failures and environmental risks
- Using data and insight to identify issues, priorities and opportunities
- Bringing together teams across Data, Investigation, Remediation and Solution Development to deliver better outcomes
- Leading improvement initiatives from idea through to implementation

- Influencing stakeholders across the business to deliver compliance and performance improvements
- Supporting the adoption of new ways of working that improve customer, environmental and regulatory outcomes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
