Delivery Partner Manager

About the Role

The Delivery Partner Manager is an equal parts advisor and operating partner to the Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). We support and guide our DSP business owners as they establish and grow successful last-mile delivery companies within Amazon Logistics (AMZL).

You will act as a key launch driver for new businesses, while ensuring our partners uphold expected excellence standards. This guide their commercial, technical and strategic progress, supporting operational scaling by analyzing capacity needs, improving financial and operational efficiencies, and upholding strict safety and compliance protocols.

Working with our On-The-Road (OTR) Regional Managers, you’ll play a dual function role for the lasting transfer of operational delivery capabilities from Amazon to the DSPs over time.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Relations & Business Development

  • Build, deepen and maintain engaged relationships with DSP stakeholders at all career stages through structured development plans
  • Serve as a trusted DSP advocate, advocating internally for their interests while ensuring strategic alignment with Amazon business goals
  • Maintain constant DSP sentiment monitoring, identifying and addressing challenges that impact performance, safety or financial viability on an individual and collective network level

Commercial Leadership & Operations Excellence

  • Drive and advise on business planning, strategy and future-looking scenario analysis that aligns with DSP goals and peak season forecasting
  • Continuously seek out high impact value-creation opportunities, leveraging operational improvements to meaningfully boost DSP performance

Operational & Safety Leadership

  • Protect and elevate our brand equity by ensuring exemplary driver standards, safety practices and physical asset reliability
  • Champion the consistent adoption of Amazon’s last-mile processes, challenging suboptimal ‘On-The-Road’ (OTR) and ‘Units-The-Road’ (UTR) procedures that introduce fragmentation into network operations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
