Delivery Partner Manager
The Delivery Partner Manager is an equal parts advisor and operating partner to Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Amazon’s team of Delivery Partner Managers assists and guides DSP business owners as they build and grow successful last-mile package delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics (AMZL).
They support both the establishment of net new businesses and serve as the bastion for excellence that partners strive towards. The role involves guiding DSPs on business improvement strategies, partnering with Regional On-The-Road (OTR) managers on execution, planning, and DSP capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
The Delivery Partner Manager identifies and executes value-creation opportunities, managing the DSP relationship across the entire business lifecycle with a focus on:
- DSP sentiment
- Safety & compliance
- Performance & reliable capacity
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DSPs in setting strategy and business planning
- Drive accountability and engagement while tracking and motivating KPIs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including:
- Partner Relations (PAR)
- Value Added Services (VAS)
- Legal, Fleet & Network Health teams
- Provide expert coaching on compliant, safe, and high-performing operations (e.g., SLS metric monitoring)
- Facilitate Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEPs)
- Build a two-way feedback mechanism with field teams and global product strategy
- Improve driver performance and brand protection standards
- Optimise workflow efficiencies and operational improvements at the network level

Flexible travel required – engaging with DSPs weekly across multiple sites.
Role demands:
- Significant travel
- Flexible scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Key Job Responsibilities
Performance & Efficiency
- Partner with OTR Safety units to uphold compliance standards
- Coach DSPs in scaling operations, allocating resources for ramp-ups, and peak-period preparedness
- Assist in onboarding and launching net new business contracts
- Support AMZL tool adoption, ensuring correct useskilling and deployment
- Identify and refine customer performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Champion consistent last-mile processes in delivery stations, driving operational best practices
- Monitor and drive improvements in customer Experience (SLS) scores
Strategic Account Management
- Identify and address workflow inefficiencies through operational improvements
- Strengthen Amazon-DSP partnerships and improve behavioural engagement (sentiment management)
- Align messaging with DSP owners through cross-team coordination
- Advocate as the DSP guardian, interpreting DSP needs with AMZL
- Support environmental efforts by refining driver performance standards

- Collaborate with DSPs to optimise supply ramp plans and peak season readiness
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships across teams and functions
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in:
- Business Management
- Data Science
- Public Administration
- Finance
- Engineering
- HR (or related field)
- Alternatively, equivalent experience in logistics, program management, supply chain or transportation
- Hands-on experience with third-party vendors or operational environments
- Familiarity with contingent workforces, especially peak-oriented services
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Productivity tool expertise (Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Tableau)
- General AI awareness
- Experience implementing Process Improvement frameworks (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong capacity to manage ambiguity, priorities, and measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments
