Who you are and how you’ll make an impact You are an experienced delivery leader with a strong track record of leading large-scale, high-value programmes in complex client environments. You are comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level and are able to bring structure and calm to challenging situations. You combine strong delivery discipline with commercial awareness and understand how successful delivery contributes to account growth, client retention, and profitability. You are highly credible, communicate clearly, and know how to influence, challenge, and build trust with both clients and internal teams. Your impact comes from your ability to see the bigger picture while staying close enough to delivery to identify issues early and support teams effectively. You enjoy developing others, sharing your expertise, and helping shape how Tecknuovo continues to scale its delivery capability. A day in the life A typical day might begin with a review of delivery and commercial performance across one or more critical client engagements, identifying emerging risks, dependencies, or opportunities. You may then join a steering committee with senior client stakeholders, translating programme data into clear insights and recommendations. Later, you might coach a Delivery Manager through a challenging situation, collaborate with Portfolio and Commercial colleagues on an account growth opportunity, or contribute to a proposal for a new piece of work. Whether you are resolving a complex delivery issue, strengthening a client relationship, or helping shape Tecknuovo’s delivery standards, your focus remains the same: ensuring our most important engagements deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
