What You'll Do
Service Provider Management
- Responsible for the daily management of DSP service providers, KPI assessment, and relationship maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
Capacity Communication and Coordination
- Establish a close communication mechanism with DSP service providers, coordinate capacity resources to match business needs, and ensure smooth terminal delivery chains.
Exception Handling
- Lead the handling of various exceptions in DSP partnerships, develop solutions, and close the loop to minimize business impact.
Compliance Management
- Ensure that partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.

About You
- Bachelor's degree or above; approximately five years of experience in DSP partnership management, with a deep understanding of DSP partnership models and operational logic;
- Strong English speaking skills, which can be used as a working language;
- Excellent cross-departmental communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with European DSP compliance requirements.
