Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including:
- Training and development
- Performance management
- Shift scheduling
- Mentor employees to ensure operational excellence

Operational Management
- Manage inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring:
- Accurate sorting
- Efficient scanning
- Proper loading procedures
- Monitor station performance against key metrics such as:
- On-time delivery rates
- Package handling efficiency
- Safety and compliance adherence
- Manage inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring:

Policy Enforcement
- Implement and enforce company policies including:
- Safety regulations
- Quality control standards
- Operational procedures
- Resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions and optimize workflow
- Implement and enforce company policies including:

Data & Reporting
- Conduct regular inventory checks, maintaining accurate records of package movement and equipment
- Analyze performance trends and generate reports for management, identifying:
- Areas for improvement
- Actionable solutions

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) and external partners
- Ensure seamless resolution of operational issues

Job Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within:
- Logistics
- Warehousing
- Delivery operations
- Strong understanding of:
- Sorting, scanning, and dispatching processes
- Warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Leadership capabilities, including:
- motivating teams
- performance management
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration
- A related field
