About The Role
We are now seeking a Delivery Support Advisor to ensure that our customers receive their kitchen with a smooth delivery process, identifying and resolving any issues along the way.

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer, showroom, and internal queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Meet personal and team goals set by management
- Manage open orders for multiple showrooms
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery for all customers
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet targets
- Monitor showroom compliance and report any concerns
- Take ownership of issues and resolve queries efficiently
- Deliver exceptional service with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Flag and report any process issues that impact the customer experience

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
