Delivery Team Lead
The role is an add-on to existing roles and responsibilities, and comprises team line management, joining the EMEA Delivery Leadership team, and helping to maintain and improve the department in all aspects, including performance, standards, expectations, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 1-to-1’s, reviews, and PDPs; coach and develop team members and contribute to succession planning.
- Responsibility for achieving personal and team KPIs as defined and agreed with the line manager.
- Participate in EMEA Delivery Leadership meetings and help define and drive the direction, standards, and culture of the department.
- Participate in initiatives such as the Delivery Departments Development Centre of Excellence, setting the standards for ProofID’s development.
- Lead a team of consultants and engineers, assisting with allocating work and scheduling across concurrent delivery workstreams.
- Ensure adherence to ProofID’s delivery methodology and quality standards across all projects led by the team.
- Identify talented individuals for further development, including opportunities elsewhere in the business.
- Encourage open communication within the team, championing ideas for more effective ways of working.
- Contribute to resource and capacity planning for the delivery function and cascade business objectives to the team.

Key Competencies:
- Proven experience delivering technology projects, ideally within IAM or a related enterprise IT / security discipline, with strong planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
- Technical background and logical thinker, equally comfortable engaging with technical staff and executives.
- Degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record leading and developing a delivery or project team, with strong customer relationship management.
- Sets direction and makes decisions with high autonomy on complex, ambiguous work, involving stakeholders and challenging peers and senior colleagues where needed.
- Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the judgement to surface unstated issues and frame them in a wider business context.
- Adapts quickly to changing priorities, learns from feedback, and helps others navigate uncertainty and stay composed under pressure.
- Organized and structured, able to manage concurrent client workstreams and competing deadlines in consultation with the team.
