Job Title: Delivery Team Member
Job Summary
The Delivery Team Member will act as the LVC (Live, Virtual, Constructive) team customer interface at each delivery location.
Responsibilities
Key Duties
- Preparation of equipment before deployment
- Training and issuing synthetic wrap equipment to users
- Liaising with customer staff at each delivery location
- Monitoring the performance of equipment once in use
- Role-playing if the customer is unable to provide staff (where possible, based on subject matter expertise)
- Recovering and conducting functional checks for damage/misuse after deliveries
- Ensuring equipment is securely returned to the requisite stores
The Delivery Team Member is expected to:
- Be computer literate
- Perform 1st-line fault-finding and rectification
- Adhere to SCOPİC 2 SyOps when interacting with CDUK’s accredited simulation networks

Core Responsibilities
Team Duties
- Follow shift rosters, work allocations, and customer interactions as directed by the Delivery Team Leader
- Maintain flexibility, particularly during surge periods (exercise execution), working extended hours if necessary for contract requirements
Training Delivery
- Train users to operate CDUK LVC capabilities and equipment based on their role
- Demonstrate expertise in synthetic wrap capabilities, including training, fault-finding, and briefing
Customer Liaison
- Attend briefings and exercise planning meetings as needed (per shift demands and Team Leader guidance)
Delivery Modifications Adjust deliveries (within hardware, software, and resource limits) to optimize training experience effectiveness
SQEP and Competency Management

Ensure the team remains ** ready, capable, and compliant** with subject matter expertise

Ability to perform additional tasks as assigned by managers
Minimum Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Prior employment in a training or simulation role
- Demonstrated experience working with simulation systems (proven expertise required)
- Military background meets one of the following:
- Graduate of a Non-Commissioned Officer course (or equivalent national/service course)
- Graduate of a military vocational technical course (or equivalent military engineering awareness course)

Working Conditions
- Frequent travel required for deliveries
- Field operations may include long workdays and outdoor engagement
- Workplace alternates between mobile field locations and Cubic facilities
- Expected to work beyond normal hours, including weekends—both nationally and globally
- Ability to self-motivate and collaborate while maintaining strong team relationships
