Delivery Trainer (Health & Social Care) – Remote

We’re growing our learning team and are looking for an energetic and experienced Delivery Trainer with a strong background in Health & Social Care to deliver engaging online short courses to adult learners. The Role
As our Delivery Trainer, you’ll deliver online Health & Social Care short courses to adult learners, supporting them from induction through to successful completion. Working remotely as part of our delivery team, you’ll:
- Inspire, motivate, and nurture learners to ensure excellent engagement and achievement
- deliver high-quality content in an interactive and inclusive virtual environment
- monitor learner progress and provide tailored guidance to meet individual needs
Your work will directly help learners develop valuable skills, progress in their careers, and boost confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging online Health & Social Care short courses using platforms like Microsoft Teams and other virtual learning tools
- Create a dynamic, learner-centric experience by fostering interaction, inclusivity, and motivation
- Provide consistent support to learners, offering constructive feedback, encouragement, and tailored guidance
- Track attendance, participation, and progress while ensuring completion of all necessary assessments
- Maintain accurate records and fulfil administrative duties in line with awarding organisation and funding requirements
- Identify learners needing extra support and collaborate with colleagues to meet their needs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Health & Social Care education
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure successful learner outcomes
- Uphold professional standards in all aspects of delivery and documentation

About You: Essential Skills
- Strong background in Health & Social Care, ideally with hands-on experience in a related role
- Proven ability to deliver training, teaching, or coaching to adults—whether online or in person
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire remote learners
- Confidence in designing and leading interactive online sessions
- A passion for helping learners achieve their goals and overcome barriers
- Discipline with organisation and time management to balance multiple commitments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate while contributing positively to the team
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
You’ll stand out if you have:
- A recognized teaching or training qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS, CET, or DTLLS)
- Past experience delivering funded adult learning programmes
- Knowledge of ASF (Adult Skills Fund) provision and funding requirements
- An assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
- Experience supporting adult learners with diverse needs, including those with accessibility requirements
