Demand Generation Manager

Demand Generation Manager (ABM) – London, UK

Adyen is looking to hire:

A data-driven, proactive, and collaborative Demand Generation Manager with extensive experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM). This role will be based in our London office and report directly to the Head of Marketing UK.


The Opportunity

The Demand Generation role focuses on driving new customer acquisition through targeted marketing strategies. In this position, you’ll be responsible for planning, setting up, and optimizing targeted ABM campaigns across owned and paid channels, aligning with revenue goals and generating sales-accepted opportunities.

This matrixed role requires close collaboration with SDRs, Sales teams, and UK/I and Global Marketing—ensuring the creation of lasting relationships that drive sustainable growth.


Location: London, UK Employment: Office-based (in-person collaboration essential) Travel: Domestic & international trips (20%+ of the time)


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, set-up, and optimize 1-Few and 1-1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales, and Global Acquisition Marketing to:
    • Identify high-value target accounts
    • Build and segment priority account lists
    • Develop compelling messaging and creative tailored to key contacts
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to create effective media strategies for targeted outreach
  • Execute UK/I-focused email programs and direct marketing efforts
  • Design, build, and optimize high-conversion landing pages that drive sales-accepted opportunities
  • Leverage data analytics (including Looker) to measure campaign effectiveness across all touchpoints

Who You Are

Core Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a demand generation or B2B marketing role, focusing on acquisition of net-new customers
  • Strong expertise in email marketing and ABM tools (Marketo experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to design and execute high-impact, targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analytical mindset—prioritize data-driven optimizations and interpret insights to refine strategies
