Position overview
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the operational engine behind Quix's marketing. You'll run the campaigns, channels and outreach that build our pipeline in the automotive and vehicle testing market, turning interest into qualified opportunities for the sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
About us
Founded by the team behind McLaren Racing's championship-winning data platform, Quix enables hardware engineers to build their own data infrastructure using AI. Our customers include Formula 1 teams and manufacturers across the automotive sector.
The role
This is a role for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing the numbers move in the right direction and knows exactly which lever to pull to make that happen.
- Own lead generation across both inbound and outbound
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns
- Run ABM and outbound motions into target automotive and vehicle testing organisations
- Manage Quix's marketing infrastructure, including CRM, automation tools and campaign tracking
- Drive marketing reporting and analysis, building dashboards that give clear visibility on channel performance and pipeline impact
- Follow up on campaign, webinar and event leads and convert them into opportunities
- Lead on events planning and logistics, managing budgets, vendors and on-the-ground coordination

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
