Why Join Us?

At Codebase Technologies, you’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that redefine financial services across emerging and developed markets. We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, empowering our people to solve complex challenges, grow their careers, and contribute to building the next generation of digital banking experiences.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A hands-on operator who can set strategy in the morning and optimize an ad campaign in the afternoon
  • Data-driven and accountable — you own your pipeline numbers and don’t hide behind vanity metrics
  • A strong manager of junior talent — you give clear briefs, direct feedback, and develop people as you go
  • Proactive and self-starting — you do not wait for perfect conditions before launching a campaign
  • Strategically minded — you think big picture while staying grounded in execution
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you can build processes from scratch and adapt as you go
  • Comfortable working across time zones with a distributed team spanning Europe, UAE, and APAC

ABOUT THE ROLE

Codebase Technologies is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to build and run the pipeline engine for the Digibanc™ SaaS platform. This is a high-impact role — you will be responsible for generating the qualified leads and pipeline that fuel our commercial growth across MENA, South Asia, SEA, and Africa.

You will own the full demand generation function: setting up HubSpot, designing campaign workflows, and executing coordinated ABM campaigns in support of the SDR and commercial team. You will also manage a small Digital Team of juniors in KL (Digital Marketing Executive, Social & Content Executive, and later a Visual/Design Executive), and work closely with the Head of Marketing and Product Marketing Manager to ensure every campaign is grounded in strong positioning and aligned to specific target accounts or segments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
