Are you a results-driven B2B marketer with a passion for demand generation, events, and revenue-focused campaigns?
We're partnering with a leading SaaS technology consultancy that helps enterprise organisations transform their businesses through innovative technology solutions. As they continue to scale globally, they are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join their growing marketing team and play a key role in driving pipeline growth across regional and global markets.
The Opportunity
As Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for executing high-impact B2B marketing campaigns with a particular focus on lead generation, events, and demand creation. Working closely with sales, marketing, and external partners, you'll help develop and deliver integrated campaigns that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is excited by the challenge of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- ✅ Deliver regional and global demand generation campaigns from planning through to execution.
- ✅ Take ownership of virtual and in-person events, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences and measurable pipeline impact.
- ✅ Create compelling campaign content, including email marketing, social content, event collateral, and stakeholder presentations.
- ✅ Contribute to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets and drive pipeline generation through integrated campaigns.
- ✅ Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- ✅ Manage agency and event vendor relationships, ensuring delivery against objectives, budgets, and ROI targets.
- ✅ Monitor campaign performance, reporting on outcomes, and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- ✅ Support conversion improvements across the marketing funnel through data-driven insights and continuous testing.

What We're Looking For
- ✔ Experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technology, SaaS, consulting, or a fast-growth environment.
- ✔ Proven experience delivering events and campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and commercial impact.
- ✔ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- ✔ Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ✔ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
- ✔ Experience with social media marketing, both organic and paid, would be advantageous.
