Demand Generation Marketing Manager - CX & Collaboration
Enterprises Markets – Field Marketing (Gamma)
About the Role
We’re part of Gamma—a leading provider of voice, data, and mobile solutions serving businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain, and Benelux.
This role is critical in driving the continued growth of our Enterprise Markets CX & Collaboration practice. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you’ll work across a collaborative, forward-thinking team to craft and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns that boost awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
By aligning marketing activity with sales and commercial priorities, you’ll play a key role in transforming how businesses connect and communicate globally.
Key Responsibilities
Core Focus Areas
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation programmes with a laser focus on CX & Collaboration solutions.
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from concept through optimisation and performance reporting.
- Drive B2B lead generation, account expansion, and cross-sell opportunities through multi-channel engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and stakeholders to translate business goals into data-driven, revenue-increasing campaigns.
Daily Tasks
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and own multi-channel nurture programmes to engage targeting buying groups and accelerate pipeline.
- Manage targeted campaigns for priority accounts, vertical markets, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) using intent-based data.
- Plan customer-facing events—from webinars and executive roundtables to exhibitions and in-house (virtual and physical) events.
- Data & Performance Analysis
- Track and report on campaign KPIs, pipeline impact, and marketing ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales operations to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment with commercial goals.
- Present campaign insights to stakeholders and marketing teams, property influencing cross-functional decision-making.

What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in B2B marketing (enterprise services are a bonus), demonstrating a proven ability in demand generation that drives pipeline growth, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong familiarity with martech, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation—Pardot, HubSpot, or similar experience is ideal.
- Commercial mindset—ability to analyse and empower decisions based on campaign, engagement, and pipeline data.
- Storytelling and content expertise—skills in created compelling copy, decks, and campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Stakeholder Management—comfort navigating cross-functional teams (sales, product, customers).
- Investigative mindset—keen to uncover audience segmentation opportunities, customer intent triggers, and campaign optimisations.
- Organisational flair—balancing multiple fast-moving projects with sharp prioritisation and ownership.

Technical Proficiencies (Nice-to-Have)
- Prior exposure to the telecoms, CX, contact centre, or AI/enablement solutions.
- Experience planning and executing enterprise-focused events or prominent exhibitions.
- Advanced Excel, Salesforce reporting, or more advanced data analysis tools.
