As a Demand Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, assessing, and managing the lifecycle of demand requests and change activities across IT services. Acting as the central point of contact for incoming requests, you will ensure changes are governed effectively, prioritised appropriately, and progressed through delivery in line with agreed processes and timelines.

  • Maintain and administer demand management tools, including logging, tracking, and updating requests within JIRA.
  • Manage shared team mailboxes and ensure customer enquiries and requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, customers, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, resolve queries, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Monitor the progress of requests from initiation through to production, tracking milestones, identifying blockers, and escalating issues where required.
  • Produce and maintain management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to provide visibility of demand pipelines, status updates, and key metrics.
  • Support governance activities by ensuring demand requests follow agreed processes, standards, and approval workflows.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve demand management processes, documentation, and ways of working to increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of demand activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
