Demand Planner

Demand Planner – EMEA Operations at Monster Energy

⚡ Unleash Your Potential with Monster Energy

Are you ready to step into a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your impact is felt across EMEA?

At Monster Energy, we don’t just follow trends—we create them. Since launching in 2002, we’ve grown into one of the world’s leading energy drink brands, now sold in over 140 countries. Across EMEA, we’re powering millions of consumers every day and we’re just getting started.

We’re now looking to build our Demand Planning function within our EMEA Operations team, based in Uxbridge, to drive forecasting excellence across the region.

🚀 The Role

As Demand Planner, you’ll sit at the heart of our supply chain, owning demand forecasting for EMEA and collaborating across key functions, including commercial, supply planning, customer service, and new product development (NPD).

You will ensure our demand signals are accurate, actionable, and fully aligned with business needs—delivering optimal stock levels, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
