Demand Planner
We’re looking for a Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts and support planning across a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain short‑, mid‑ and long‑term forecasts Use SAP APO to generate and optimise demand plans Analyse demand trends and identify risks and opportunities Support S&OP processes and align forecasts with business plans Partner with Commercial teams on promotions, NPD and customer demand Track and report on forecast accuracy and key KPIs Drive continuous improvements in planning and reporting processes

Experience in demand planning (FMCG desirable) Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability Experience with SAP APO (or similar planning tools) Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insight Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
