Demand Planner EMEA – HYBRID - Leading FMCG Brand

Forecast the future, fuel the present – bring your demand planning skills to a bold brand that thrives on pace and innovation.

Company Overview

Our client is a NASDAQ-listed global FMCG powerhouse, operating across Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2008. With a bold, distinctive brand identity and a fast-growing category, they thrive on pace, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. This is a culture where driven, passionate and resourceful individuals are empowered to take ownership, deliver results, and make a real impact.

Position Overview

As Demand Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the supply chain across EMEA. Working within the Operations team, you’ll build and maintain 12–24 month forecasts, ensuring accuracy of 90–95% by combining historic data with sales and marketing insights.

You’ll be the link between commercial teams and co-packers, driving the S&OP process, preventing stock-outs, and minimising slow-moving inventory. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is motivated by seeing their analysis directly impact product availability and business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
