Role: Demand Planner
Location: London Area
Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 + 10% Bonus
Set-up: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in-office)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Demand Planner to join a globally recognised, fast-paced FMCG business behind one of the world’s most disruptive and recognisable consumer brands.
This is a business that continues to dominate its category through innovation, ambitious growth plans, and a high-performance culture. They are now looking for a Demand Planner to play a key role in driving forecast accuracy, supporting supply chain performance, and helping the business respond quickly to changing consumer demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage demand forecasts across multiple product categories
- Play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, providing insight and challenge where needed
- Analyse sales trends, promotional activity, and market demand to improve forecast accuracy
- Identify potential supply and inventory risks, proactively recommending solutions
- Maintain forecasting data and planning parameters within ERP/planning systems
- Collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting and planning processes
- Track forecast performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders

Skills & Experience
- 1+ years’ experience within Demand Planning
- Experience contributing to or leading S&OP processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience using ERP/planning systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
