Design swimwear built for movement, confidence and performance in the water

At Speedo, product has to do more than look good. It has to move with the swimmer, feel comfortable in the water and support performance, confidence and freedom of movement, whether someone is training, competing, learning or simply enjoying the swim.

As Planner

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, delivering outstanding availability for our customers while achieving ambitious sales, margin and inventory targets. Working closely with our commercial and merchandising teams, you'll lead demand reviews, challenge and refine forecasts, champion our core ranges, and balance stock investment with exciting growth opportunities. Through data-driven decision making and strong cross-functional collaboration, you'll help drive commercial performance and shape the success of our brands.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to strategically plan category and product type volumes based on growth plans, historical data, and market strategies.
  • Develop pre-season forecasts critical for vendor and material planning, working closely with Regional Market Merchandising and Commercial teams.
  • Lead demand reviews, confidently analysing and responding to changes in current and future demand, while adeptly challenging forecast robustness.
  • Prepare transparent monthly buy summaries, ensuring clear visibility of proposed spending across units, categories, and customer mix.
  • Manage the dynamic buy calendar, allowing flexibility while ensuring thorough checks before purchase order management.
  • Drive our core business through maintaining inventory stability and optimising sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Market Merch teams to effectively allocate stock investments and ensure in-season/yearly sales conversion.
  • Monitor orderbook movements, collaborate with Commercial teams and Customer Operations to adapt plans as necessary.
  • Monitor the trading funnel and make recommendations for markdown and clearance which drive sales, margin and protect cash and stock health.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
